An online enquiry is not an order
Submitting a contact or eligibility form asks us to review or respond to the information provided. It does not create a certification contract, guarantee eligibility, reserve a price or require payment. The scope, assessment basis, fee and applicable customer terms will be confirmed separately before any payment is requested.
Anyone submitting information for a company confirms that they are authorised to do so and that, to the best of their knowledge, the information is accurate and lawfully supplied.
04 · Certification
What certification information means
Proven™ is a private commercial business certification. It is not government accreditation, a statutory audit, a credit rating, legal or financial advice, a guarantee of solvency, product approval or a prediction of future conduct.
Eligibility and certification decisions depend on the methodology, evidence and assessment date applicable to the relevant market. Missing, inconsistent, unavailable or adverse information may lead to a request for clarification, deferral, decline, suspension or withdrawal. Payment does not guarantee a positive decision.
05 · Verification
Certificates and public records
A certificate is valid only for the legal company, country, status and validity period shown in its public Proven record. A certificate image can become outdated or be copied, so users should verify the record using the certificate code or company name.
Certification is one source of information. Customers, suppliers, lenders, partners, employees and other users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence. We do not control or promise commercial, credit, recruitment or partnership outcomes.
06 · Accuracy
Website and third-party information
We aim to keep website and verification information accurate and current, but information may be incomplete, delayed or affected by third-party sources. Company descriptions may be supplied by the certified company and will be identified accordingly. Please report suspected errors to info@provencompanies.com.

07 · Intellectual property
Proven content, certificates and marks
The Proven™ name, logos, open-hexagon identity, methodology materials, certificate designs, website copy and related assets are owned by or licensed to Proven Holding, UAB unless stated otherwise.
No licence is granted except for ordinary website access or under a separate written certification or partnership agreement. A certified company may use only the approved assets, in the approved form and during the period in which its permission and certification remain valid. Marks must not be altered, transferred or used to imply government endorsement, product approval or a broader guarantee.
08 · Availability
Changes and service availability
We may update, correct, suspend or withdraw website content and functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to a live certification record will be handled under the applicable certification terms and methodology.
09 · Responsibility
Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Proven Holding, UAB is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general website content, an unverified certificate image or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any service-specific responsibilities, remedies, fees, cancellation rights and liability limits will be set out in the customer agreement supplied before payment.

Applicable law and contact
