Who performs which role
Proven Holding, UAB currently operates the website, manages the Proven Companies brand, develops the methodology and systems, and is responsible for general enquiries and current certification activities.
A separate Irish operating company is proposed but is not presented here as incorporated or operational. Before it enters contracts, issues certificates or processes applicant data, the website, privacy notice, customer agreement and certificate issuer wording will be updated.

Proven Companies and intellectual property
“Proven Companies” is the business and certification brand used by Proven Holding, UAB. The Proven™ name, logos, open-hexagon identity, methodology materials, certificate designs and related content are owned by or licensed to Proven Holding, UAB unless a specific asset states otherwise.
04 · Service status
Private commercial certification
Proven™ certification is a private commercial service. It is not a government accreditation, statutory audit, credit rating, legal or financial advice, guarantee of solvency, product approval or prediction of future conduct.
The current website does not provide a public checkout. An eligibility enquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Approved scope, price, payment instructions and the customer certification agreement will be supplied separately before payment.
